According to an update from FIFA President Gianni Infantino on social media, the FIFA Management Committee has taken necessary measures to strengthen FIFA's governance and management structure.

Infantino wrote that the management committee members present today have taken the necessary steps to enhance confidence in FIFA's governance and management system and to ensure that FIFA, its mission, and its responsibility to world football continue to be fully implemented, supporting himself and the management team led by FIFA Secretary General Matthias Grafström.

He expressed confidence in the outcome of today's meeting, believing it will strengthen FIFA's governance, help restore trust in the organization, and enable FIFA to prepare for future important events and challenges in a united and transparent manner, while continuing to promote the development of global football.

Infantino also stated that FIFA will not tolerate any attacks on its credibility and will take all necessary measures to defend its reputation.

He added that FIFA will also work closely with relevant stakeholders to explore how to further support football development through the "FIFA Forward" program, benefiting FIFA's 211 member associations, continental federations, and regional associations.
